As stated in the SabancıDx Communication Processes Clarification Text ('Clarification Text') prepared by the Data Controller Sabancı Digital Technology Services Inc. ('Company') within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('Law'), I freely and explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data processed through the Communication Forms for the purpose of conducting communication, marketing and advertising activities and to the sending of commercial electronic messages to me by the Company for these purposes, and I acknowledge and declare that I have been informed about my rights arising from the Law.
